An extensive remodel began in order to turn this house, previously owned by a fraternity, into a desirable house for the women at this Alpha Phi chapter. All new appliances, light fixtures, furniture and finishes for flooring, cabinets, counters, and bathrooms were selected and installed, as well as interior and exterior paint colors. With the extensive remodel of the new property, a sprinkler system was also added. Working within a tight budget with a deadline that quickly approached were a few big challenges.
